Why are we doing this?
The mission of each Rotary Club is to serve the community. All proceeds from this ride will be used for the Rotary Club of Burlington’s charitable program. This includes college scholarships, international friendship programs for students and young professionals, providing portable defibrillators for the local police, support for local community organizations like the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, YMCA, Burlington City High School Marching Band, Home for Aged Women, Library Company of Burlington, and more. As a cyclist you can spend a day doing something you love and help support an organization whose motto is “Service above Self” and whose goal is to improve friendship and understanding across the community and around the world.
